POSITION TITLE: Lead Montessori Teacher

POSITION DUTIES: Define and structure well-rounded, project-based educational program for ages 2.5- 6, focusing on basic practical life skills such as color, shape and letter recognition, personal hygiene, care of the environment, and social skills; deliver personalized learning activities and materials to meet each students abilities, needs, and learning style; manage all aspects of classroom environment; supervise classroom teaching assistant; assess and keep daily records of individual student learning progression in classroom, and communicate reports and concerns with supervisors and parents; serve meals and snack in accordance with nutritional guidelines and policies

RATE OF PAY: $52,000 plus benefits

Benefits: health insurance, paid time off, sick and holiday pay, tuition assistance for your child, and paid teacher work days

HOURS: 40hrs/wk.
